Please help! I cannot access the WordPress original login anymore and this page comes up with the above error. I don’t know what to do.

I downgraded back to 4.9.3 and all is OK.
My site uses a custom theme that was developed a few years ago by a third party. This may be a conflict with one of the plug ins or with some custom code that was written, but the only error I see is in the core WP code, so I can’t tell. Any ideas?
]]>I just updated wordpress to the newest version and Google Fonts Plugin crashed the website. I could not figure out what was happening util I disabled the plugin and now I’m afraid to re-install it. Can anybody tell me what’s happening? Or is there any other plugin?
Thank you.
