This occured on “correcting” the Wp Settings for the WP Address (URL) and Site Address (URL).
And this was done after the DNS was changed following a site edit.
I have tried editing wp-config.php to specifically define the URL for ‘public_html’ without result.
Thank you for your suggestions.

Is there anyone able to assist with this?
As you can see my URL, I am passing some variables through the URL to a page which I have created in WordPress using templates.
We all know that this method is not good for SEO point of view. So I need to strip the variables so that my URL should look like: https://staging1.mydomain.com/service-list/2_variable1/3_variable2.
What is the possible way to achieve this.
Thanks
Here is the example :

But the actual URL is: very simple and contain hindi letters.. If you open the above URL you will find exact slug.
I want to remove this % and extra and long URl while sharing blog in social media platforms
I operate out of html mode. When I click the “link” button and paste in the link, WordPress is now creating a double link. It repeats both the text of the hyperlinked word and the url. It’s very annoying and forcing me to delete one of the links each time.
Here’s an example:
I typed “word” and clicked “link” and put in wordpressproblem.com
as the link. It gave me the link twice in a row.
wordword
This keeps happening to me. Any suggestions for what to do?
Thank you
I’ve installed a LAMP server on my Raspberrypi. All was working fine using this tutorial – https://pchelp.ricmedia.com/setup-lamp-server-raspberry-pi-3-complete-diy-guide/2/
I created a duck.dns (davidhallows.duckdns.org) that points to my external ip address, to resolve the dynamic issue. I also put an A host record onto my external ip, from my domain (davidhallows.com) provider, also working fine. I then redirected my domain to point a CNAME to the duck domain and it’s crashed the whole thing…it could be that it’s taking a while to resolve/bed in but it doesn’t seem right. I can’t login anywhere, just get a stripped back page and then the wp-admin page says “This site can’t be reached davidhallows.com’s server IP address could not be found.”
Do I need to change this in the wp-config.php file, at the minute they are both pointing to davidhallows.com. Does the second one need the internal pi ip?;
? The “Site Address (URL)” setting is the address you want people to type in their browser to reach your WordPress blog.
? The “WordPress Address (URL)” setting is the address where your WordPress core files reside.
Many thanks!
the wordpress settings tell me that the wordpress url is the same as the site url.
but I expect a problem there… since I did not change it back manually
I tried disabling the plugins, and changing the theme (divi builder is installed)
to no avail. also tried re-installing wordpress using the option in the dashboard,
I could really use some help because I was hired by a client to update their website with the new corporate identity I created for them, which I did but now I am screwed :S
