Is there a setting I can make to my Firefox browser that would help speed things up? I wonder if Google is intentionally trying to cripple Firefox to push its own product?
I know this is not a Firefox support forum. But perhaps some visitors here use Firefox and have discovered a workaround that works for this website. For now I just shift-click on the reload button whenever I navigate to any page on this website (including right after I press Submit on this post).
Edit: After pressing Submit I decided to wait to wait to see how long it would take to load on its own and gave up after 3 minutes. After the “Waiting for google-analytics.com” popped up a few times I was presented with a white screen. Only after pressing shift+Reload did this page with my added post display.
]]>Kindly suggest how I can remove these two schemas from my website.
]]>I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to seek assistance with a specific issue related to the WooCommerce plugin on my WordPress website, https://mavistep.com. Recently, I received an error notification in Google Search Console that reads: “Invalid floating point number in property “price” (in “offers”)”.
Upon further investigation using the Google Rich Results Test Tool, I noticed that the price for my products is listed in the following format: 1,670.00. However, it has come to my attention that it should be indicated in the format: 1670.00 to comply with the expected schema markup.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to rectify this error and ensure that the price format adheres to the correct schema markup format (i.e., 1670.00). This is crucial for maintaining good SEO practices and ensuring that my products are correctly indexed and displayed in search engine results.
If anyone in the WooCommerce community has encountered a similar issue or has insights into how to resolve this, your input would be invaluable.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. I look forward to hearing your suggestions and recommendations to address this matter effectively.
]]>On the website, I recently enabled permalinks because I found the ?page=## too cumbersome. Since then, all pages except the main page generate 404 not found error. Searching the web about this I found hints that the .htaccess file might need permission alteration. Surprisingly, I couldn’t find that file in the root of the website. This is the root directory:
$ ls -a
index.php readme.html .well-known wp-admin wp-comments-post.php wp-config-sample.php wp-cron.php wp-links-opml.php wp-login.php wp-settings.php wp-trackback.php license.txt wp-activate.php wp-blog-header.php wp-config.php wp-content wp-includes wp-load.php wp-mail.php wp-signup.php xmlrpc.php
$ find . -name “.htaccess”
./wp-content/uploads/wpforms/.htaccess
./wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads/.htaccess
./wp-content/uploads/wc-logs/.htaccess
I believe NGINX tries to be as compatible with Apache as it can. So, I assume it can handle an .htaccess file. Am I missing something?
This installation just updated to WordPress version: 6.3.1
Thanks,
Frank
NOTE : i disable all feature in toolbox> debug and it works for a while but after some seconds,it stopped
How do i fix this ?
]]>The shipping prices listed on Canada Post account doesn’t match with the prices calculated at the checkout on our website. It’s a significant difference.
Example:
1) Website charged $35.67+GST = $37.45
Canada Post charged $25.88 + GST = $27.17 (which is actually correct)
2) Website charged $47.43 + GST = $49.80
Canada Post charged $30.41 + HST = $34.97
Please help ASAP as my customers are suffering this issue a lot and this might reduce my sales.
Thank you
