I’m working with a developer to try and get it installed onto a site I manage, but we’re not getting very far. We’ve submitted several support tickets, the latest reply advised us to download the install documentation but the link Andrew shared went to ‘page not found’. We’ve both replied and raised another ticket, but no response.
This is a time sensitive project and we’re now 3 weeks in with no progress!

]]>My client’s website previously had Worldpay payment set up using “WooCommerce WorldPay Gateway” plugin. The company has since changed ownership, and I have been tasked with updating the details.
I have looked through the plugin documentation and it mentions logging into Worldpay to get it set up.
My client has given me an Account ID, Installation ID, API username, pay360 username, and relevant passwords.
All this information is for Capita Pay360. It is my understanding that Worldpay and Capita Pay360 are different companies. I asked the client if they want Pay360 or Worldpay to work with Woocommerce. The client has told me that “Worldpay no longer create the Portal for their system. They outsource it to Capita Pay360.”
I want to run some test transactions but I can’t login to the Worldpay testing area with the credentials I have been provided. I am hoping to set up a test site as well but have not yet been provided with FTP and DB details.
Is this correct that to use “WooCommerce WorldPay Gateway”, my client needs an account with Pay360?

]]>We have the plug-in enabled on our site but PayPal works whereas Worldpay doesn’t
PayPal goes to completed, Worldpay stays stuck in Processing
It’s actually the same problem without your plug-in.
I know our third party theme in use – OceanWP – has some woocommerce integration and I’m wondering if they’ve added some hooks in there that override yours.
Our Worldpay used to work on an older theme (Not using your plug-in) but I wasn’t involved in the project at the time, so I couldn’t put it specifially down to the new theme being the issue… but it’s a potential candidate.
Or I guess it could be something Worldpay is responding differently.
(Note PayPal uses IPN not PDT but it’s fine)

I have to say WorldPay have caused me nothing but problems since one of my clients decided to switch to WorldPay online gateway. The original free plugin no longer exists and we have just paid for a WP plugin only to discover that we now have to migrate our WorldPay account over to Online WorldPay.
Why is this?
Also their tech support is absolutely useless, nobody seems to know anything about their own product!

Again if its not plugin part, then how can I adjust it in my site?
