Their own trouble ticket system doesn’t update you via email when they respond. You have to log into their website to see if they’ve responded.
After wrestling with several difficulties around their paid add-ons and not getting useful support responses I finally asked for a refund. Their first response… someone from the team would reach out to me in the next day or so.
A week later, nobody has contacted me and they don’t respond to further inquiries.
Buyer beware! There are definitely better options out there in the trouble ticket and customer support sector.
]]>The square plugin takes control over your inventory and the only way you can change it is through the app which is so stupid or you can go into the product untick a box, save it, and then edit the quantity and save again. WHY?? WHY???
If that’s not enough when you attempt to tell it that you want woo to hold your inventory it gives you the middle finger and then decides its master of all again. It don’t care about what you want or your feelings.
Horrible, the only way I was able to fix my site was to delete the plugin. Never again. I would rather export out my product as a CSV file and import it into square to use for vending then turn on this piece of poo again.
