Image Upload Curiosity

Hej,

I’m experiencing some problems with the media upload in wp. By loading up media – let’s say an image – i get an unspecified failure dialogue from wordpress. And I don’t see a thumbnail nor i have the possibility to put the image in my post. But i switch to the media library, the pic is inside. But when I get back to my post in order to load a image from library, is is empty.

I host WP on a V-SERVER with Plesk 11.5.3 with enough disk space and right chmod setting for /uploads und its subelements. I spent hours of googling with no result :/

I’m thankful for every idea….

Site is currently in dev mode issue is Visible in WP-ADMIN CMS.
Could be contributing to (1) of the issues on the dev/site.

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpcf_admin_add_meta_boxes() in /home/…../……com//wp-content/plugins/types/embedded/admin.php on line 92.

Searched here at support and googled the issue only to find (2) related post which suggested a “types Plugin” is probably not a latest version. After checking, found all types plugins current.

This is one of many issues I need to resolve. Any assistance or directives is most appreciated.

Hi,

I’m receiving blank new member request admin notifications, and I’m on WP 3.8.1 using both BP-Registrations Options 4.1.3 and the All-In-One Security and Firewall plugin for extra security. I have been receiving a LOT of spam registrations, so I wanted to be especially secure, because I felt that what BP Registration Options alone was not enough. However, I do like the plugin alot! Just wanted to let you know that this was happening. Noticed here that it had been happening with someone else on an older version of WP. Still is happening. Thanks!

I am new to simple-ldap-login plugin. When I activate the plugin in WordPress 3.8.1, I got a fatal error.
Uncaught exception ‘adLDAPException’ with message ‘No LDAP support for PHP. See https://www.php.net/ldap’ in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/simple-ldap-login/includes/adLDAP.php:338 …’

Any ideas please?

Photodropper deactivates Widgets

I recently installed Photodropper on a WP multisite network version 3.8.1. Whether it’s activating it network wide, or by site, the plugin deactivates the ability in the widgets.

To give it more detail, when photodropper is activated and I go into Appearance-> Widgets, none of the widgets are draggable or moveable.

Also, it deactivates all the second level menus in WP. So if I hover over Appearance, the second level menu doesn’t pop up.

Also, when installing plugins, After searching for a plugin, when I click on “details”, it doesn’t pop up in a lightbox. It instead loads it as a new page.

These are only the issues that I’ve run into, haven’t done a full test of bugs from the plugin.

Once I deactivate the plugin, everything works as it should.

Site Title overwriting Pages SEO Title – WP 3.8.1

it seems like the new WPs 3.8 and above (3.8.1) are rewriting (preceeding writing) the Site Title (Settings / General / Site Title) over each Page SEO title!!!

I’m using WordPress SEO by Yoast. Anyone has a solution?
