Page body is blank after WP 4.6 upgrade

When I upgraded WordPress to 4.6. Now every page that has a shortcode like this
[download id=”887″ template=”nocount”] is broken.

None of the page body displays any more. The top menu, and the page header are the there.
But all of the body and the footer are missing. Even text before the plugin shortcode is now showing up.

If I deactivate the plugin the page looks normal again, except for the download button of course.

New Plugin

Hello,

I have developed new plugin for my new WP site on local system, I created .php file here /WP -content/Plugin/MyNewPlugin/MyNewPlugin.php.

but it does not list this to my plugin list in wp-admin page site.

Do I need to do anything else apart from this to get it listed on available plugin for the site ?

changes in the text and images following the update to WP 4.6 (DIVI Theme)

Since I updated to WP4.6 I have noticed weird things:
– The size of the full-width slider in the home page got bigger;
– The text in the slider looks okay on the laptop but got smaller on mobile;
– There is a string of html below the footer menu;

I deactivated all the plugins that have not been tested with WP 4.6, but the issues persist.

Another major issue with the attributes’ variations not showing, I solved it (I will share what I did in another post), but with this other stuff….I don’t know… Hope someone can help me because it sucks.

On a test localhost, where apache 2.4 and php 5.6.. are installed, I’ve think in first, were an error on plugins installed on wp as test, maybe something on wp_w3all plugin. Disabled all plugins, nothing. Reinstalled a new 4.6 … nothing, no email is send out, also if php mail log file report correctly this:

All emails seem to be correctly send out, but nothing will never arrive. On WP 4.6.

Finally i’ve reinstall WP 4.5 to test out it: on it work well. And the log file returned is the same, without php errors.
Any idea what can be the problem?

EasyAzon 4 Pro 4.0.17 was working for me on WP 4.5.3, when I updated to WP 4.6 it broke and won’t accept my credentials. After three days of support and many hours of disabling plugins, dlelting and recreating keys, I figured out it must the WP 4.6 update because it still works on WP 4.5.3. When I informed support they closed my ticket, it seems like I have to roll-back to WP 4.5.3.

Anyone else running EasyAzon4 Pro with WP 4.6 successfully?

BNFW has stopped working since update to WP 4.6

BNFW has stopped working since we upgraded to WP 4.6 over the weekend. I’ve tried sending test message from it and those do not come through either, even though it says that they were sent. I have confirmed that other notifications and E-mails are still working from our WP site. I tried creating a new notification and also tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin, but neither worked.

We only use this to notify us when a new Job is posted, but it is important.

Any suggested things to try?

Required fields not working with new WP 4.6

Previous version of WP worked fine. Now on some forms the required field works and on other forms it doesn’t. Seems to need the required field on form tag to send out email to <[your-email]> in mail section.

Both forms have the same form tag and mail tag – works on one form but on not on the other. I see there are problems with email as well. Additionally other required fields in the form also not working. If I take out the required part the form will submit.

When using a required field such as [text* fname] I get an yellow boxed error in submitting the form saying the field is required when in fact it is filled in.

Seems there are quite a few quirky things in this upgrade. I have many clients who use this form (upwards of 30) so hoping it will be fixed quickly!!!

Also gives confirmation errors on Mail2. Tell me how this is incorrect syntax? Link to image:

Hiero theme no longer compatible with latest WP update for 4.6 – crashed site after WP update. Couldn’t access site and theme preview in WP admin no longer worked either. Had to switch to 2016 theme temporarily. When might we expect an update for Hiero to address this? Any ETA?
