Media Library Issue

I was trying to upload a featured image for a post on my mobile browser. When I transferred to my laptop’s web browser, I got a blank page whenever I try to access my wp-admin. I tried logging out of wp-admin on my mobile and then when I try to log-in, I get the same blank screen.

I tried to disable my theme and while that enabled me to log back in to my dashboard, I doubt that my theme is the problem since I have always been able to upload images and post stuff with that theme, so I enabled it again and encountered no issues.

I checked my media library. However, my whole library wouldn’t show up as it would just be loading endlessly. I tried adding the “define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );” to my wp-config file but I’m still getting the same problem. While I can still access my WP dashboard on my laptop, I’m still getting the same blank page on mobile.

I tried repairing my WP database but that didn’t solve the problem either.

My “Author” users cannot login to WP Admin after installing this plugin

After installing this plugin, my “admin” role users can log into the WP admin, but my “author” users no longer can.

How do I fix this?

I tried to access my WP dashboard but it comes back with Error 500.

I have followed various threads and tried the recommended actions for example, using FTP and Cpanel disabling plugins, reverting to old them changing .htaccess.

Also, when typing in the webaddress it redirects to other sites,

I have access to my cpanel error log:

Cant Access wp-admin after park extra domain

Hello Guys, im a junior web developer. A problem occourred after i add a domain in my site. (I want renew my website and start installing wordpress and designing in another site with the alternative domain (c1001284.ferozo.com) when i finished editing the site was working great.
The problem appears after i depark mi domain from the older site, and parke it on my new site.

When i try to access i get de 404 error (the folder and files of wordpress exist) i cant find de error.

Some ideas? Im really frustrated dont know where to start. Hope you can give a tip or solution.

Some time ago my wordpress account was hacked, so I sprang into action, and following advice gleaned from different websites, started hardening my site. Then I had to leave it for other matters.

Back to it today, and I’ve discovered that although I can access and read posts (as a visitor), I can’t edit anything; I get the famous 404 error:

The requested URL /wp-admin/ was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at ***.***.***.*** Port 443

As you see, I’m running apache 2.4.7 on Ubuntu Server 14.04, port 443 (aiming to use https instead of plain old http). I can’t find anything useful in the apache error log, so I don’t know whether this is a permission problem, a wordpress problem, or an apache problem.

I have my wordpress in its own directory /var/www/html/wordpress. I have also set up an apache configuration blog.conf, using port 80 and the DocumentRoot /var/www/html/wordpress. So my posts can at least be delivered to the outside world.

So given this, I’m not sure why apache is giving me a 404 error message from port 443. Maybe the default-ssl.conf sets the DocumentRoot to be 443. Could I simply change the wordpress port (in my blog.conf) to 443?

Any advice would be welcome. I have a backlog of blog posts I’d like to put up!

Cant Access WP Admin after changing URL in Settings

Hello everyone!

I recently decided I wanted to change the URL of my blog. I am not word press savvy at all. I was in my general settings on my dashboard and changed the URL Address from chasingcasey.com to chasingbabies.com. I should have known it wasn’t going to be that easy to change the domain. Anyway, I hit the save changes button and boom! I cant access my dashboard at all. Its asking for username and password. I put it in and it doesn’t recognize it and says its wrong. How do I access my dashboard and get back into my blog if If i cant get into it to change it back? Note that I know nothing about coding and I’m not to sure who my host is either. I know I just renewed my hosting last year but it was all through word press. Any help at allwould be greatly appreciated! Thank you. The original domain name is www.chasingcasey.com

I have one problem with 2 of my new WP sites.
I can t access them abroad.

and

In homme country SLovakia and Hungary is working OK.
What I tested from: Ireland, Scotland, Holland
From none of these countries I can access the website

Like the title says, I reset the plugins on the site to solve a backend issue for the client. They were not able to log into the backend, but I was still able to using ManageWP, so I reset the plugins and then switched them on again. Except ManageWP worker did not activate correctly and now I to am locked out of the site. I have tried renaming the plugins folder and checked the .htaccess file. Plugins folder renaming didn’t work and the .htaccess file looks fine. /wp-admin just keeps redirecting to https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl

I need the site accessible ASAP. Any suggestions or help is appreciated!

Hi!

Please help me, I think I’ve totally stuffed up my site! I was trying to add some code (from the theme developer, found here – https://shaybocks.com/custom-fonts-foodie-pro/) to the function.php file and as soon as I clicked ‘update’ it started with this error:

The thelastspoonful.com page isn’t working
thelastspoonful.com is currently unable to handle this request.

That goes for the site and the wp-admin. I’m really new to all this stuff and am really worried I’ve ruined something!!! Would appreciate any help thank you
