We have been running this plugin, with comet cache enabled, and have noticed that every time you go back to the home screen, after adding items to the shopping cart; the cart contents are then empty.
We have identified this as a cache issue; as disabling comet cache, fixes this issue.
We are running this plugin with the wp-ecommerce plugin.
Any help, or advise, would be greatly appreciated.

]]>I enabled Live Search and all 3 check-boxes from the Presentation menu, and the search bar appears on my website, but entering any keyword in the search box has no result whatever.
Is there something else to be enabled for it to work?

I’ve updated my server to force all handshakes to use only TLS 1.2, and updated the authorize.merchant.php file to talk to api2 and secure2 endpoints, but am still not having any luck processing payments.
My error logs are not providing any error messages related to purchases, and after multiple attempts to test both in active and test states, the error message never provides valuable information.
Can anyone tell me what version Gold Cart is currently on? The site uses GC v 2.9.8, but I’ve seen references to a version 3+?
Is there anything else I might be missing?

I’m lost with regards to how to set up my products, my store, the digital warehouse, and a registration system. Is there a video training somewhere how to set up payment gateways for WP eCommerce?
Is WP e-Commerce right for me? Or should I use WooCommerce instead? If not, what is the right plugin? What is the right combination of plugins for my site?
What other plugins do I need? Who can help me economically set up my WordPress Website to completion. I’m frustrated that at every turn, I have to pay something and I still don’t get the fully running website.

I did this: I seen that there was an updae this morning to the plugin (update came out 19 hours ago). So, like always, I checked the support page before updating to see if anyone is having any sort of issuses (if there is issues, I wait to update). I didn’t see any problems, so I went ahead and updated it. Once the update completed, I tried to navigate back “home” in the Admin Dashboard only to be met with a blank white page. Tried going to other links to get the same result. So, I then logged into the FTP and went in and changed the name of the plugin folder to deactivate the plugin. Once that was completed, the site returned to normal and loaded fine.
