I think I am having issues receiving emails from the plugin.
I have had one or two customers mention that they tried to get in touch but we have not received any emails and there is no record of anything in spam etc. We do get plenty of spam from marketing companies etc which we ignore.
I updated some of the settings regarding the email to receive emails notifications and the “from” email.
I did two quick tests using @hotmail.co.uk as the email with BS first name, last name and subject lines i.e. this is a test etc but nothing came through.
I then tried to make the test email look a bit more legit with a real name (John Conway), @hotmail.com email, subject line (hi there) and some fleshed out comment/message (Hi do you sell 3 religious candles?)
and then it worked.
Is there an auto block on BS test emails or does hotmail.co.uk (the same domain as my customer) get blocked?
]]>All of a sudden all clients where the contact form goes to a gmail.com OR bigpond.com NEVER arrives at all into their inbox. Not in Spam either.
I am cc and getting them no issues as I have domain name email. But clients do NOT have any other emails to use .
I’ve tried smtp2go plugin also still doesn’t arrive.
Does anyone of any advice on HOW to fix this please ? Very frustrating.
Thanks
]]>Can you advise me how to approach this best? My theme is TT4 child theme. I am trying to tap into the “new” WordPress styling structure using theme.json. For legacy plugins I try to use TT4 variables in custom css for color, font-size etc.
In inspector I see a number of these variables for WP Forms, such as a color palette and some other goodies. So to do this right and use WP Core Button fx in WP forms, so that styles update with new theme, how do I do this best?
Do you have a theme.json for WP forms. Where can I find it, or how are you creating these variables? Can I copy these into my child theme.json and edit them. Will that overwrite your styles?
I will dig into all fields, but for now that button not abiding to theme, really barthers me.
Let me know your thoughts. Thx

I created this issue for those searching for it.
]]>I’ve encountered an issue with a plugin on my WordPress site that was causing a conflict with the WP Forms plugin scripts. Additionally, the plugin modifies the URL for custom icon fonts, resulting in the icons not being displayed properly on the site. There are related errors messages appearing in the browser console. I noticed that the problem with WP Forms scripts occurs on the first page load when the page is not stored in the browser cache. When I click on any homepage link, all errors related to WP Forms no longer appear in the DevTools console.
Initially, I was using the plugin on my production instance of WordPress, but due to these issues, I disabled and removed the plugin from the production environment. Currently, I’m testing the plugin on a development instance, where I’ve created an admin account to assist the support team in analyzing the situation.
If more information is needed, I’m to disposal.
Best regards
Chris
This doesn’t happen when I use PHP 7.4
Does someone has an idea how can this be fixed?
Thank you!

]]>Are you able to see any obvious errors with our setup? Have you seen this error before?
Is there anything other information I can provide that would help you see why users are being subscribed but not assigned to a list?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I’m trying to figure out if this plugin only works when you manually upload the files or if it will function properly when the user uploads a file to the form that then gets sent to our external server such as google cloud storage. (with this plugin activated of course)
