Incomplete order creation

I’m currently using WP Simple Shopping Cart v 5.0.6, Accept Stripe Payments v 2.0.87, and WordPress 6.6.1.

Today, an email was received stating that a customer ordered an item. After checking the site’s Stripe account, it seems that the money for the order was successfully accepted.

However, under CART ORDERS > CART ORDERS, the order does not appear.

Digging a bit deeper, STRIPE PAYMENTS > ORDERS shows the following:

INCOMPLETE: ORDER CREATE
PAID: PAYMENT COMPLETED

I’m inclined to ship the item because the money was received and the customer’s billing address can be found on the email as well as on the Stripe transaction.

But I’m still puzzled why the order doesn’t show up under CART ORDERS > CART ORDERS. Is there an error in my settings that would cause this to happen?

Simple Shopping Cart – database files

Where can query my shopping cart items to get an item description from my sales history when the transaction instructions register med on my PayPal account and a successful paid transaction, but it does not appear at all in my “cart orders” history page of the plugin. This has happened several times and I have to resort to embarrassingly asking my customer “what did you order? This is because the description is too long for the PayPal description and gets truncated at the critical item description portion of the description. Is there any way that I can check to see if the full description is in the database? Where is the database (path) and what is the name of this database and how would I get the credentials to log in to view the data?

Paypal notification failed

I am using WP Simple Shopping Cart plugin and on Friday one of the orders failed. The paypal payment went through and both buyer and seller got invoices, but the email notifications didn’t happen and the order hasn’t gone into “cart orders”. I have debug on and the error message says the following:

[05/08/2020 11:54 AM] – SUCCESS :Order post id: 1098
[05/08/2020 11:54 AM] – FAILURE :Order ID 1098 does not exist in the database. This is not a Simple PayPal Shopping Cart order
[05/08/2020 11:54 AM] – FAILURE :IPN product validation failed.
[05/08/2020 11:54 AM] – SUCCESS :Paypal class finished.

Orders before and after that one have worked fine. Paypal was having notification delays earlier this week, but its status page says all is now operational

Responsive template/shopping cart plug in

Hi
I had a website that worked perfectly using WP simple shopping cart for Pay Pal. I recently found out the order buttons are not working.
I tried updating the plug in, it failed, I tried updating any plug in, that failed. I tried deleting the shopping cart plug in and uploading the new version, that failed.
I am starting to think it was the update of the Responsive theme we did a few weeks ago.
Anyone have a fix?

Discounts of dollar amounts instead of percentage

I am in need of discount coupons in set dollar amounts, rather than percentages. Is it possible to do this, and if so, how? I tried figuring out what the percentage is for the dollar amount, but the problem is, that the price of item is different, but I need the same discount amount on each item.

How to create download link after paypal payment by user

How to create a secure download link and thank you page with the help of wp simple shopping cart page. I have seen the tips and trick video but there is no mention of download link (there is documentation only for creating the shopping cart) But what about letting the user download the product like pdf, zip, rar etc after the user has made a payment through paypal and returned to the Thank you page.

Please help.
