Error when adding widget

Installed and activated plugin. New Widgets in Navigation Menu area shows up under Widgets. However when I add a Widget, in this case I tried the Jetpack Subscriber Widget as well as the Google translator Widget, and I press the Save/Update button (top right) it gives an error message [object, object] on left bottom of screen and hangs (the Save/Update button remains waving).
I already tried deactivating and removing plugin, new area and reinstalling everything, however with the same result.
Hope you can help as I really love the functionality!

theme & WP update have broken site completely

I logged into wp-admin today for the first time in a long time and clicked Appearance once in the dashboard only to have my site break with the style-custom.css error. I renamed my functions.php file in my theme’s folder only to regain access to wp-admin at which point I stupidly decided to update wordpress to the latest version (4.4.2?) I cannot even find out what previous version of wordpress I was running.

my website is: dnbdose.com and is hosted through Go Daddy

When I load my homepage I receive the following errors:

I messed around with renaming some of the files through FTP and even got plugins.hold to work once, but another issue is that a lot of my folders across wp-content, wp-admin, and wp-includes do not have permission to be edited. I do not know how I was able to have permission briefly to rename plugins to plugins.hold and at this point my lack of knowledge has left me without a solution.

Can somebody please help me revive my website? I fear in the end I will have to lose all my content and basically start over!

Tried to fix error text:

And then when I try to fix it on my web hotel One.com received text: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘error’ (T_STRING) in /customers/2/e/4/antnanel.se/httpd.www/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3625 and no access to my home page.

One.com have tried to help me, but without success, what shall I do?

Problem with update to 4.3

Site randomly inaccessable

Hi Guys,
I searched around the forums a bit and tried some of what I could find was relevant with very little luck.

I came into my office this morning and opened my web browser to find that our website was down.

When I try to open any page on the website I get:

Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Widget’ not found in /home/zemek/public_html/wp-includes/default-widgets.php on line 14

If I try to access wp-admin I get:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help! I have no idea how to get the site up and running again, never ran into an issue like this before with wordpress on any of my sites. Im just hoping the whole thing isnt pooched!

Widget Problem

I cannot drag and drop widgets anymore. I can modify the widgets that I had already put into action, but I cannot add more. Any thoughts?
