Upgrade WP3.6 to 3.9.1

I’m trying to do this upgrade, but my WP is returning this error message –

Installation Failed

What is the problem? Could it have anything to do with the fact that I’m running 3.6, or that I’m using a “wp” folder as the WP root?

We can’t use the plugin any longer. Can’t drag anything around- it’s stuck and I get this javascript error:

It is just happened suddenly. I can’t figure out why. Maybe it is because we have upgraded to WP 3.6 but I can’t be sure it happened right after that.

We’ve disabled all plugins but the page builder, and it still happens. What could be it ??

I’ve just tried to update the plugin via the dashboard, and after input FTP password the plugin update was rejected. I didn’t save the message, unfortunately,

So – downloaded and manually updated and have this warning message:

Page Builder by SiteOrigin – can't insert a image per widget ('add Image'-Btn)

If i will use a Widget with standard ‘select image from media’-dialog per ‘add image’ button i have no effect alfter click. I think its a problem with fireing the event.

When i use the widget in theme directly all is good, all works. Only in Page Builder the widgets (to insert a image with described functionality) not work.

Has anyone an idea to solve the problem?

Migrate some Pages to Posts

I’m working on a site that has over 600 pages (page types not post types). We receive about 5-10 customer pictures and testimonials via email per month and frequently need to ask for more testimonial or better pictures.

Each testimonial page always has one to five photos and some wording. Once a product has more than one testimonial, an on-page list of links is manually added (by me) that points to the other testimonials for the product.

I’m wondering what (if any) advantage(s) there might be to converting the existing 400-500 testimonials from pages to posts and then creating all new testimonials as posts? I am more than willing to do the conversion IF there is a clear upside in the future. Opinions/feedback appreciated.

Popup in every page after updating to WP 3.6

Yesterday I updated to WP 3.6 and since then a popup appears when we enter in every page!… Our site is www.arqcoop.com.

I’ve turned off all plugins, still no good… I only have 4 plugins: Akismet, Blogger Importer, Hello Dolly and WordPress Importer.

I’ve run trough all kind of foruns and I don’t see any answer to this problema…

Help, please!!!

Weird problem: Half the post twice

I am experince a weird problem. On some, but not all, blog posts some of the content shows twice. It is like it somehow displays the second half of the content a second time below the article

If you scroll down you will see that a big part of the post is showned a second time starting after references( which is the end of the post)

I have allready tried:
– Updating to latest version of WP: Did not solve it!
– Changed theme to another unrelated one: Did not solve it!
– Tried re-entering the post: Did not solve it!
– Turned of all plugins: Did not solve it!
– Checked the post in php myadmin (second part is not present in post field)

I am at my wits end trying to figure out what the problem can be. Have anyone encountered this problem before and have any idea on how to solve it.
