Client is asking me to sort but run out of ideas.

]]>i am using wpfilebase plugin. i want to show file list to all the user but only subscriber can download the file. if user is not subscriber, and click on download link then it should be ask for subscribe. is it possible with this version ?

]]>When a subscriber logs into the WP site, the plugin is not visible in the navigation panel. This is also true for Contributors and Authors. Only Editors and Admins see the plugin.
The same problem was evident on WP 4.0.1
Bug, plugin incompatible, or operator error?

]]>We are able to upload a file just fine, however, it will not save it to the category we select. After save, it goes back to having the category as “blank”. Even if we then click edit file, and then select a category, it still won’t save. Any ideas?? We’ve tried deactivating all other plugins, still does the same thing.

]]>This is a great plugin, no doubt. I bought the pro version, and would have been happy to pay an annual license fee, if that would result in some kind of support.
Whether you are using the free version or pro version, it is important to know whether this plugin will be supported in the future, before implementing this on your website.
The las activity from fabian on this forum was in November 2013.
It would be great if we can:
1.) Get feedback from Fabian, if anybody know how to contact him.
2.) If he is not planning to support this, find someone to take it over.
3.) Get a list of alternatives, and feedback on the best.

From the original filename for all of my PDFs that are accessible.
Generally it is doing this after Resyncing and only to my PDFs. This has been happening since early June. I tried your Premium support page but have not gotten an answer yet – please treat as urgent as it has renamed hundreds of files and we are faced with manually rewriting each title.
It does not rename the files in dropbox, it is just renaming the “Name” (not the “Filename”) in the wpfilebase “Manage Files” list and also in the “Filebrowser” template which is coded as follows %file_small_icon% <a href="%file_url%" title="Download %file_display_name%">%file_display_name%</a> (%file_size%)
