Admin Quiz Results are not stored user details

Hi WPSQT Support,

I have issue with WPSQT plugin, When user can complete quiz and admin user can check its quiz details on listing page, but Admin can see this quiz result as “Anonymous” user not who have applied.

Above same plugin are running on same site on same server as a live and there is working fine.

Strict Standard error message while adding questions

Hi When i click to add question , i get the following error. It doesn’t stop me to add questions but when i copy short code on my page same error message displayed again between question and multiple choices.

Please help

Wont allow survey to be taken

I’m running the WPSWT tool to get feedback from users and anonymous visitors on the quality of the site and other factors.
Until yetsterday I had people test thew survey from multiple locations and had no issue however on puclising the survey (via facebook and forums) all users (including myself) are now getting told we have already taken the survey and cannot take it again.
I have moved all limits on instances to ‘no’ but i cant even take it myself (on either my pc or phone). I have tried reseting the resultys to no avail. How do i fix this issue please?

WPSQT disappeared after site crash

Hi there- I was running a quiz from the WPSQT plugin on my site, on Friday I seemed to get a lot of entries and I think its why my site crashed. I couldn’t even log into the site.

After contacting my host they fixed the problem by moving my site onto a different server, everything seemed ok until I realised it must have wiped all the entries to my quiz (around 1000)and even the quiz itself is gone, though the plugin is still there.

I’m waiting to hear back from Dreamhost to see if they can recover this data- which I’m thinking they should be able to shouldn’t they?

If not I may have to restore from a backup (but will still be missing a huge chunk of data as I hadn’t done a backup for about 2 weeks). I’ve also never restored from a backup before but I think that’s a different thread!

If anyone can shed any light on my situation I’d appreciate it

Error Message if in 'Save and Continue' mode

I am trying to use WPSQT. I created a quiz and it works perfectly. However, when i put it into ‘Save and Continue’ mode, i get a fail every time. I am able to go through the quiz the first time, however when i return, I see:

Exam Finished

I know that you have seen this problem before, and i have read all the support that i can and nothing tha has been recommended works.

1. I have turned off all other plugins. No change
2. I have created a FRESH survey with just one section and 2 questions. No change.
3. I have been careful about the GIT download — naming it appropriately. It does not make a difference.

I have even deleted the quiz results, and it shows that all results have been deleted, however it still shows the error. I actually have to go into the WP database and clear the cache to make the error go away after i have received it once.

This is a show-stopper for me client. Please help!!

startSession and Header errors

I’m getting errors while trying to use this plugin…

session_start errors from the get-go and Cannot modify header and a couple unknowns when trying to add the survey to my sidebar. (Screenshots attached with error messages)

every result is fail even though they pass

Every result for the quiz is being displayed as fail. I set the pass mark to 70. Even the users who get above 70 are being marked as fail. Please advice.

WP Survey and Quiz Tool: Free Text results not displaying in Admin Results

I have two free text fields in my survey and after completing a survey and go to WP Admin to view the Survey results, I get the following errors for the two free text questions:

Has anyone run into this issue or know of a work-around to get the free text results to display in the WP Administration?

– when i choose a language with qTranslate, Wpsqt change it when I click on the next button and retakes me to the default language..
