Out of the other two most popular plugins that kept failing no matter what settings I chose, yours did the trick faster and without failure, once you told me what settings I should be using.

So thanks for helping me, Nicholas! I am converting all of my other clients to your plugin.

Waiting overnight to only find failures happened was not a happy experience with those other two plugins. I just could not use them with this large website.

When i try to authenticate the backup with google drive i get “No refresh token was received from Google, which means that you entered client secret incorrectly, or that you did not re-authenticated yet after you corrected it. Please authenticate again.”

Great Plugin
WPvivid is at the very top of my backup plugins. The installation goes to every one of my web pages. For clients too. Very intuitive. You can make a backup immediately without reading any instructions or preparations.

Features
In the free version, you will get everything that others charge you separately. There is no limit on the size of the backup file. One plugin is for everything: backup and restore, both. If only the free version had esxclusions for files and folders, the free version would be perfect for all my needs. Simply delete this from the zip file created by the plugin. A little more work, but the task is done.

Reliable
This is a plugin you can trust. My effort is protected because restore is always successful.

Backup speed
Database of 15 MB within 5 seconds. Complete website of 500 MB within 12 minutes.

Difficulties
The plugin may not always work flawlessly on all website configurations and servers. This is my experience: Litespeed server is not a problem. Wanting to speed up one of my web pages I installed SQLite Object Cache. That created a problem. The plugin is not compatible with WPvivid. And in any case, when you backup with any backup plugin, the SQLite object cache should be disabled.

Server info: LiteSpeed
PHP version: 8.1.27
PHP time limit: 7200
PHP max input vars: 10000

I have a website on a Litespeed server. The page is about 500 MB. I had no success with the initial settings. Following the instructions and settings, I came to the final solution. Backup works. A full backup takes 20 to 30 minutes. That is OK.

In the second third of the backup, I get a pop-up window with a SyntaxError:

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data.

Besides, in one backup session (from start to finish) I get 20 records in the error_log file. Of these, 19 are PHP Warning and 1 PHP Fatal error. (I guess it has nothing to do with my server and backup settings. This comes from the WPVivid plugin.) You can see below:

I assume that if these flaws are removed, the plugin should work much faster, probably flawlessly. Regardless of the settings. With the right settings, even better. Something is definitely wrong here. Please, check this.
