How to change page/post icon

I would like to change the icon of page, to different from my own font. Font I already installed and it works in content of pages, but how can I change Writr page icons?

The icons in Writr are displayed with CSS code, using Genericons. They are linked form the classes in /css/genericons.css

I am beginner.
I know just a little about CSS coding, but once I linked Font file to html and css files.
Can somebody tell me what is the easiest way to replace this icon from Genericicons to my own font that I already install to my WP?
Is there a way to use existing code/files and just change their name of directory and file name (or something like this)?

need help with writr theme

Here are some things that I would like to add to my blog. I am using the ‘writr’ theme:-

1) even after enabling wider content area, there is a gap left out on the right side, I would like a ‘right sidebar’ to fill up this gap.

2) I would like a custom header at the top (full width).

Is it possible to add these features? Thanks in advance.

how to center columns within page

Hello, love the Writr theme but to make it perfect for my use, I really need to center the columns within the page. They can remain the same width/proportions, I just need to move everything from the left side of the screen to the center. Any help would really be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I have dabbled with it, but I need someone far more experienced than I am to tell me how to center everything on the page in the Writr theme. What I mean is, I need the columns to be centered within the web page (they can stay the same size as they are now, I just need them moved to center).

I’m located at icase.org/wp. I haven’t done much yet because I don’t want to invest too much time into it if things can’t be centered.

Writr theme- Newbie

When I am on my homepage freelancewritermn.com I have my widgits on the side. I don’t know how to set it up so that when I click on a widgit, it takes me where I want to go (like to the homepage or to the blogs.) I’m so new to this and have learned a lot but I don’t know the best way to set this up. Should I even have those widgits on the side?
In addition, I have a box that says, “help a gal out” with the social icons in it. I like the box, but again, don’t know how to just click on one of those icons and have it take me where I want to go.

Disabling Comment Section on Writr Theme

I have scoured the forums for info about how to completely remove comments from my site. I have disabled comments on Settings/Discussion. I have unchecked Comments on Screen Options on each page.

I am not using the post feature — there are no posts,just pages and content.

Not only do the Comments Section appear on each page, but so does some CODE at the bottom.
