Hi,

I’ve had customers leave reviews on a variety of products recently and for some reason they all publish under the latest product. This only started happening after the latest update. Any help is appreciated, thank you

Hi there!

I′ve got the following problem: I have a store with 14 products. But only on 2 products, the reviews showing on the front end are from another product. If I look at the product on the wordpress back end, I can see that there are the correct ones, but on the front end, the reviews from another product appear instead of the right ones. Very weird.

If I deactivate the “Customer reviews for woocommerce” plugin, the correct reviews show on the front end, but as soon as I activate it back again, the wrong ones appear again.

Any ideas?

The digital download for the Property Playbook when put into the cart is not the download it should be. The ￡7 download appears instead. This doesn’t seem to be a problem when I purchase from my shop.
I have tried to troubleshoot Health Check by turning off plugins. I have deleted some plugins, such as wishlist member and activecampaign and recently switched to autopilothq.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

Recently when I wanted to print my invoices, it shows the wrong product but the correct amount. How do I go about fixing this?

Is it because the product was removed after payment was made?

When someone tries to add the product “Pilot baffle” to the cart from the main page (orange button) it sends them to another product (jig box) instead. Adding to cart from the product page itself seems to work, but I need to get it to work from the main page, as well. People are giving up on purchasing, then leaving because they can’t add to cart. Using Woocommerce.

I just discovered that the checkout page just spins. Unable to checkout.
I have disabled all plugins and my store uses the Storefront theme.

Please help.

Displaying last viewed product not current one

I am using the Storefront theme within woocommerce and bought this plugin as part of the Powerpack.

Initially it worked OK but now when I scroll it shows the last viewed product and not the current product and I have no idea why or how to reset it.

The only thing I have changed is I downloaded and now using a blank child Storefront theme so I could make some changes and I believe (although I am not definite) it was at that point it started to display the wrong product.

WooCommerce Product ID Shortcode suddenly showing wrong product

I have been using the WooCommerce product ID shortcode in a blog post for over a year and the products were displayed correctly. Today as I was checking something else in that post, I noticed that now the wrong product is being displayed. I had several different products displayed using this shortcode, however now all instances display my most recent product. This can be seen here:

I have not changed the shortcode, and the product IDs are still entered correctly in the post backend. Any insight as to what might cause this sudden change and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!

I actually have not idea what version I am using, but I can?t post without clicking something.

I want to make a website like my honto-no-hawaii.com site, but somehow I ended up with the ponokeala.jp website becoming a blog. I hate paying $13 plus $78 or whatever it was for a product i don?t want! How do I make it be a website like Honto-no-hawaii.com?

I am super, super frustrated by this.
