I used to be able to select the columns which i wanted to use, and export to xls… (via the tab ‘GravityExport Lite’)
Now i’m only able to export the selected columns in csv, separated in commas?
And below the forms, on download, I’m not able to select the prevered columns, but there i am able to export to xls?
This is since the new update?
How can i enable this again?
Could you help me with a code snippet to insert the excel, can in xls, xml format, or if you can insert the advanced that are the xltm.
The idea is that the controls are not seen only the cells that will be needed in this case of A1:E9.
]]>Thank you very much for your plugin and your help.
I am writing to tell you that after the last update, all downloadable files containing Excel files no longer work.
This happens with both new and existing ones.
We have created a video to demonstrate this: Loom.
It only happens with Excel files, .zip and .pdf files work fine.
Many students are writing to us with the same problem.
Can you check it out?
Thank you very much for your help.
]]>Would you have any recommendations as to what could be causing this issue?
]]>We used the plugin but when we updated to PHP 8.0 where the button was before to export, next to Post statuses to export now we have the critical error message.
If we use the link like https://www.(ourpagename).com/?export=csv&post_type=question it gives a critical error aswell.
Any adice would be good.
Thanks, Jordi.
]]>I have an issue when I’m exporting my orders to Excel.
I would like to be able to export all my bundle products from my orders to excel, and only have one row for bundle products.
example:
Customer name ,Order number #12345 ,Item (Colorway, Size, Frame kit/complete, Customer provided note
But when I’m exporting from Woo-commerce to excel it looks like this:
Customer name ,Order number #12345 ,Item (Colorway, Size), Customer provided note
Customer name ,Order number #12345 ,Item (Frame kit/complete), Customer provided note
because it makes a row for every product in the basket.
is there a way to export bundle order as one row in excel?
Best Frederik.
