Truble In google authorship markup

I hahave a problem in google authorship mark up my usr of website is www.upschub.com in rich snippet tool it shows it shows that authorship mark up established successfully on every field but image is not visible on google rearch result.however I enter my google+ profile in verify uthorship it shows Error: Author name found on the page and Google+ profile name do not match. I mathed both are same but my username of wordpress author upschub do I need to create another admin? or how to show authorship? my google+ id is https://plus.google.com/u/0/105645444641480891639

This is crazy they just released 3.4.1 and I clicked the update to get my Dashboard locked out via

“No Update Required

Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!”

The trouble shooting here is insanely drastic, getting into my FTP and disabling all my plugins or re installing everything but my WP-Admin were some of the comments.

Thoughts?

Firstly, I am graduate with little knowledge of PHP and HTML, and i used Internet and WordPress to make my dream site covering MY FAVORITE REALITY SHOW IN INDIA : MTV ROADIES, this is my 2nd season of covering this show.

I used a free theme and plug-ins readily available on internet and modified it with the help of your forums and internet to make a wonderful site. I don’t call it blog. I given it the shape of site. Now i get 10K to 20K traffic.

So please consider me to showcase in your site.

My Philadelphia Flyers hockey blog.

I use a modified version of Gila for the theme.
The plugins I use include Bad Behavior, Breadcrumb Navigation, Kramer, Recent Comments, Google Sitemaps and WP-ContactForm.
I did the upgrade from 1.5 to 2.0 without really any fuss. Almost all the plugins still worked after the upgrade. I did have to update Kramer and the theme still worked fine.
