I started my shop on Zenshop theme.

But i have a problem, I don’t know how I can add a product as a banner on the homepage?
Like that:

And second question: on the home page default are 12 products. How I can set a different quantity?

I have installed the latest ZenShop Theme and am having some difficulty with quite a few features.

So my questions are:

1. When I created a child theme with only the stlye.css file and the following code:

All the product images stopped appearing. Unfortunately I created the child theme after I had created the product listings. I have checked for the images in the library and also in the Zenshop products and they are there.

2. I am unable to create a drop-down menu as seen in the example page here: a href=”https://demo.fabthemes.com/zenshop/”
and can not find any reference online as to how to do this.

3. Can I have multiple pictures for each product?

4. Does anybody have experience setting up the Cart66 short code feature as I dont understand the example given in the cart66 support page.

I have looked for these questions/answers in google/wpforums but have only found the questions being asked with no answers.

However, I would also like to change the color of the mouseovers on the menu items, the buttons with the price and “Details” on the front page, the dots that show which picture is being displayed, the page numbers at the bottom of the home page, the “View Cart” button etc…

* Under Settings –> Discussion I have verified that the “Allow people to post comments on new articles” checkbox is checked.
* I have verified that for each Product I have created in the Dashboard that the “Allow Comments” box is checked.

I am not a programmer but I was able to grab this portion of the single-products.php file that I think controls the Comments section of my product pages. I’m not sure why this code has a comment of “–Comments not enabled–“. Can anyone think of a setting somewhere else that I am missing?

If you visit the site at www.KickSomeApp.com and look at the bottom of any of the product pages, you will see an empty grey box. That is just the shopping cart portion of the theme that I have not enabled at this time. I’m guessing that the Comments section should be displaying just below that box.

I must admit at the outset that I am a novice in WordPress usage and its related technicalities. Therefore, please forgive me if the questions are basic. I did search for the answers to my queries and could not locate it and hence am posting it here.

1. How do I install the templates? I tried installing Zenshop template as a plugin but it returned with an error “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.”.

2. I was also wondering whether cart66 plugin is compatible with “UppSite – Go Mobile”. I could not find any way of contacting UppSite support and cart66 has not been able to help so far. Hence asking in this forum.

Looking forward to some pointers or answers.
