Habe 3 Lizenzen erworben und diese wurden auch aktiviert. Nun m?chte ich gerne weitere Lizenzen haben, jedoch in einen Paket bestellen. Versuche nun seit 4 Monaten einen Kontakt herzustellen, leider blieben bisher 3 Tickets und 8 EMails unbeantwortet.

Auch wenn das nur als “Hobby” nebenbei l?uft (so die Aussage des Entwicklers), Support für ein bezahltes Produkt sollte anders laufen. Ist für mich sehr unseri?s.

Jetzt muss ich für meine Kunden ein anderes Plugin finden, dass auch Support bieten kann, wenn es mal klemmt.

I don’t bother leaving negative reviews, I simply just move my business as I am not sure how many really bother with other people’s views. But, WCFM has forced me to do so, you will not get a straight answer from them, they barely speak English so they will not even do the very least to even read your queries, rather simply give you the link to their documentation, their version of “google it”

The support system is virtually non existent, as I said above, most of their responses will be see documentation and the link will be attached, if you are asking a question about doing something specific, they will just see one word there and simply ask you to manage that from capabilities, which is not possible because they haven’t even read your issue.

Biggest waste of money, we have reached a point where we are informing our clients that we will not work with them anymore if they are using WCFM

Buyer Beware: A great tool that turned sour in 6 months

*For those that are researching customer support tools* – GetAwesomeSupport used to be a great tool with decent support (24-36 hour turnaround time was typical since they are based in Asia). BUT something happened the last 6 months. The support has literally fallen off the cliff. If you asked me to rate this plugin as recently as 9 months ago, I would’ve given it 4 stars (good product, albeit very overpriced). But I have to give it ONE star for a product that seems to have NO support whatsoever. I am starting to wonder if they are shutdown. Try contacting them through the number and/or email listed on the website, perhaps you may have better luck than we did. Thank goodness we were able to cancel the plan before it was up for renewal (unlike some unfortunate people that went through that). *Move on to another customer support option*…GetAwesomeSupport’s days seem to be over.

Wrecked my site after WordPress update

This garbage, that worked fine until they stopped supporting it, requires that I rebuild an entire site or go back to an older version of WordPress (which I’m not even sure would work). A site I used it on broke when I updated the plugin. It came with the Modular Theme, which has zero support from the developers, xSpeed Studio, who offered a free theme and then didn’t support it. Be wary of anything offered by them.

Buggy. Zero support. If there is ANYTHING else you can use, do so.

Worked briefly, then stopped. Support is non-existent. Time for a chargeback through the CC company.

You can buy it, but then, you are on your own. I have buyed the pro version, and they mention on their site, support 24/7. What a trap! But then I have some small problems to implement. Tried and wait for months, all the ways to reach the developer for help, no response. Also the plugin is not updating and I found no way to download the updated version.
Still, is a nice useful plugin and with support, it worth 4-5 stars. If you are lucky, the plugin works as it is.

I’m cancelling my Vaultpress licences

After 3 years with Vaultpress over 3 sites, I’m cancelling my subscription.

Why?

The answer is simple. Support, or rather, lack of it.

4 days ago, I decide to transfer one of my sites back to my shared hosting account.

Vaultpress refused to restore my old site. I raised a support ticket and continued investigating with Hostmonster support.

To cut a long story short, 4 days later my site is still down. I have raised 2 emergency tickets to Vaultpress but still no word.

I don’t care that their product is supposed to be ‘the best’

A software company of this size that offers ZERO support their customers is worthless.

After 3 years I’ve decided to cancel all 3 of my Vaultpress subscriptions. I’ve used Blogvault before and it’s just as good, and I imagine they will at least have somebody answer support emails before a 4 days timespan has elapsed.

Goodbye Vaultpress.
