Entries syncing to Zoho even without a feed

We have a page with a Gravity form. We ahve not set up a feed withyour plugin for this form, yet entries are still ending up in Zoho. Am I missing a setting somewhere that is automatically syncing submissions when I don’t want them to?

I tried all wordpress to zoho integrations and this was by far the easiest and quickest.

I needed help with mapping multiple fields and the support was very friendly and informative! Really a top notch plugin and team!

No need to try other integration plugins, this one does it all!

Reply To not working in contact forms

We did set up additional headers as “Reply-To: [your-name] <[your-email]>” in the contact form plugin, but it doesn’t work

Tried removing the [your-name] part, removing capitalization etc etc. arghh. If we remove the plugin and use Post SMTP plugin, then it started working!

Problem to confirm authorization with zoho

I have a problem to confirm authorization with zoho.

I have doble check everything (Client ID and Clien Secret and Authorized Redirect URI are correct) and after I click “Confirm authorization” I am redirect to a zoho where I click “Accept” and then I am getting redirected back to my wordpress dashboard and still see error “No access token. Please check your client secret or re-confirm authorization”

Should I set anything with Zoho besides an API? What else I can do?

Hello, I already insert Client ID and Client Secret and then the last step is to authenticate for it. But when I logged in, I got this error.

Invalid Redirect Uri
Redirect URI passed does not match with the one configured

Did I incorrectly setup something in api.console?

The solution to Zoho CRM Form Spam

So, my client has been dealing with spam through their Zoho CRM lead forms for over a year now. We have been in constant contact with Zoho support during this period and tried various solutions and option to try and combat the spam. At some point we realized that we are going to have to look for an external solution. This is when we discovered CleanTalk. From day 1 their team bent over backwards to assist us. Initially there were some name field attribute issues that caused a situation where not all form fields would pull through to Zoho correctly. We contacted Zoho to ask them if we could rename these attributes, but unfortunately those fields are part of their core system, which is completely understandable. I then reported this back to CleanTalk and low and behold, they found a solution and updated their plugin accordingly for use cases like ours. This is what the CleanTalk team does, they treat each case individually and and improve their system accordingly on a continuos basis. This way we all reap the benefit from a solid anti-spam system. Thanks Eugene, Kate and devs, your work is well appreciated.

Will Zoho flow differentiate parent and sub accounts?

I need to have parent account creation trigger a new account in Zoho … And Sub account creation needs to form a lead which will convert to contact under the parent account. Does this plugin create parameters for parent and Sub account that Zoho Flow can work with?
