Category image zoom not working with The7 theme

Dear Support,
Thanks for creating a cool plugin like wp image zoom.

Unfortunately, the plugin not working with The7 theme. Category page product images zoom not working but a single product zoom is working.

Could you please fix the bug?

I wanted to purchase the plugin but I am not sure it will be compatible with my website that is developed on the7 theme.

Zoom Doesn’t Work on Newly Added Products

I have added new products with a few images in the product gallery. However, the featured image does not show a zoomed imaged when click and when the gallery images are clicked the image area doubles in width and causes my product description to be pushed down a row. Also when I click the gallery images it will only display one zoomed image regardless of the one clicked. I am using the same sized images as on existing products (added quite some time ago) of which the zoom feature still works correctly.

What would cause new product images to not zoom correctly and old existing ones to work?

Hello everyone, please forgive me as this is my first time creating my own website, and I’m kind of learning things on the fly.

Today I’ve made alot of changes to my website, but now just as I finished i realised the zoom in feature is not working correctly (it was in the past) (also the same issue on mobile)

When i click on the white magnifier glass it brings up the image front and centre, which is working as intended, but only now when i click zoom in futher, the whole thing squishes into it self and becomes distorted.

I’ve back tracked everything I changed and I still cant figure out the fix, the only fix i came up with was to disable zoom altogether but the unique feature of my website is that i scanned these products one by one and i really need the zoom feature to work!

Any tips?

Image is NOT bigger on zoom

When we hover over a product image (most of our product images average around 500 x 700 pixels) – – the “magnified” image pops up at the exact same size. We have edited the plugin settings to 1200 x 1200 as I read in another post. We’ve regenerated thumbnails – but still, there is NO zoom or magnifying effect.

What are we doing wrong? Here is a sample page (site is NOT “live” yet)

Hello, I have the latest installation of 1.2.23 and the plugin is not working like it used to. all of my images are now rendered horribly pixelated and the zoom feature no longer works. Please help!

Since the latest update zoom is not working in new registered products.

i install this plugin, but its not working.
