We have a site using Zopim as their live chat. Can ChatBot trigger or handover the conversation to Zopim?

Has anyone done this and what is your experience?

Problem with Zopim widget not showing

I am having an issue with the Zopim (Zen Desk) chat not displaying on one of our wordpress websites. The box for the chat just comes up clear. It works on all other sites that we have. The issue happened after I updated to the latest version of the plugin. I have since tried reverting back to the old version but the issue persists. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Cuidado. Instalei o Zopim e paguei por 2 agentes por 6 seis meses. Após isso o sistema renovou automaticamente, mesmo sem meu site estar no ar mais e mesmo sem usar o sistema deles. Entrei em contato e me informaram que n?o devolveriam o dinheiro porque já havia passado o tempo para reclamar e que isso estava previsto, quando assinei. Tenho os e-mails, que compravam isso. Tomem muito cuidado! N?o recomendo!

Does a variable get created/updated whenever a customer is able to pass the login screen with the correct user id and password? I’m wondering if that variable is available.

I’m about to use Zopim chat and have it only available for logged in users.

Setting up a new site, I added a couple of normally benign pluggins, only to see a Zopim chat invitation start popping up when I was looking at the site as an unregistered user.

After a bunch of research, it appears that the problem is rss-post-importer!

I didn’t see any warning about this in any documentation. Can anyone explain the justification for such a setup? I am debating editing the code or simply uninstalling rss-post-importer, since this will probably return with every patch update.
