Refer spam simple script

  • For a while I though I had been /.’ed but no, it was only my poker online friends hammering my site once every 2 seconds ??
    So I wrote a simple PHP based solution, it has been keeping major refer spammers away from my site so far. Here is the link for any one interested :

    Thats what I did. I might write a similar one exept Im going to make a txt file for the domains ??

    I first went with a separated .txt file, but ended up with a single script : the goal is to be as “transparent” and fast and low on CPU as possible, and opening then parsing a .txt file takes long. Well, up to several nanoseconds ??

    Well, I might either retrieve it from a txt file or put it in the file. I got alot of spam domains I would like to put in but can take up some space on the file so…that’s why :P. I’ll see what I can do later. ??
