How to set my time zone as Eastern Standard Time

  • I come from china. I want to set my blog time zone as Eastern Standard Time, I use pubdate offset +0800,but it is not real Eastern Standard Time.
    It make my blog cannot correctly aggregate with Chinese news aggregator.
