Also, 80% of my blog articles (posts) are not included in the sitemap and the same happens with the product categories, your plugin has many issues after 4.1.13 version, please fix it, otherwise let’s look for another plugin , I hastily reverted to version 4.1.13 but is this a solution ??

  • You are not the only one, we have all rolled back to 4.1.13, and we are waiting for a new version from the author, which he has not released for a long time, at a time when a huge number of his users are faced with a problem. This greatly increases the negativity towards the developer and reduces his reputation…

@giorgos_d2, we have replied to your other topic.

Downgrades are, of course, a valid temporary measure. Thanks for your support and understanding.

    Hello.
I just updated to the new version 4.1.17, which was highly recommended.
It was written as “Fixed 404 issue”, but
In my environment, it ends up being 404.
    WordPress is 6.4.2, PHP8.1.

I apologize if I offended you because I use a translation website.

    Thank you.

I was in the wrong place!

How can I roll back to a previous version? I get just ten entries in each of four sitemap files, should be way more.

    Thanks a lot,
    Alex

WordHab, you can download the last working version at: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/google-sitemap-generator.4.1.13.zip

    Be blessed

I understand that you’re experiencing issues with your blog articles and product categories not being included in the sitemap after version 4.1.13 of a plugin. It seems like you’ve reverted to version 4.1.13 as a temporary solution. I encountered a similar problem on my blogging website https://www.vrlegends.com/. Here’s how I resolved it:

    1. Reverted to 4.1.13 initially.
    2. Reported to plugin support for guidance.
    3. Considered alternative plugins known for stability.
    4. Explored custom solutions with technical expertise.
    5. Checked WordPress version compatibility.
