My Blog – Social Network focused theme

So I recently updated my WP-blog.
The main goal was to keep it clean and neat, but I wanted people to easily find my social network accounts and be able to like/tweet posts. All this while keeping the clean design.I used the Fifty Fifth Street theme as a base layout: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/fifty-fifth-street and worked further on it (a bit inspired by thisismynext.com) resulting in the current site:
