    the basic payment function does not work: after the bank’s module makes the payment (and the payment goes through – everything is OK), the status in woocommerce orders remains “Awaiting payment” until you switch it manually. I can send you a log with the system status. Who will help? Thank you very much!

    Hi @olegus25,

    Yes, please go ahead and share the system status report using https://pastebin.com. Additionally, check the log tab for any fatal error logs or errors related to your payment plugin and share those as well. Finally, please provide the order note for one of the affected orders.

    I installed another module (from another bank) – the problem was solved, everything is working. Apparently, it was the module itself.
