First of all, we are so sorry for the inconvenience you had with EmbedPress. I hope you accept our apology and give us the chance to help you and we will do our best to help you getting this resolved ASAP.
Well, the issue you’ve faced could happen due to lots of reasons. There might be some conflicts with other plugins or the files/links you’ve used may be broken/changed on the database. Currently, we’ve over 30k+ users and haven’t received such complain before. I can understand your frustration but leaving 1* review without asking for a solution to our support is really unfair and damaging for us.
So we really hope that you will change your review and give us a chance to help you out by creating a ticket on our support platform.
