the emoji & version string options are not very important or relevant, but the issue with Google cache is likely that the Autoptimized CSS is not on the server any more (because autoptimize’s cache was cleared). Easiest solution for that would be to tick the “404 fallback” option near the bottom of the main settings page.

Misha, but in general I (strongly) advise against “inline all CSS” as that makes the HTML _very_ bulky.
