Jeremy Herve, google-translate gave you it’s usual gibberish that’s why you didn’t get what it was all about. Proper translation:

Well, it’s not obvious what was the problem. I suspect (because they started asking about encoding) that plugin might understand only some of the encodings…

Не работает с русским языком. Точнее – не корректно работает. На странице статистики в консоли отображаются известные русскоязычным пользователям кракозябры. Кодировка, которая стоит у меня на сайте – UTF-8 и как будто бы должно работать. Но нет. Я потыкалась-потыкалась да и удалила плагин после того, как техподдержка спросила снова:

Это было 5 письмо от них. И отвечать я должна было ровно то же, что и писала в первом письме вместе со скриншотами. Я подумала, что это слишком – идти по второму кругу и решила, что не хочу без результата болтать)
И да, этого бы не произошло, если бы техподдержка сохраняла переписку в письме. Это вежливо и помогает избавляться от такого рода повторных вопросов.
