    I entered the correct keys to the recaptcha, turned it off, but I still always get the same error

    Error: You have entered an incorrect answer in the CAPTCHA field. Please try again.

    I can’t understand why even if the captcha is turned off, it gives an error and how to fix it

    Hi @baf285,

    It seems you’ve some ReCaptcha/Captcha plugins installed on your website. Please check the list of plugins, deactivate the ReCaptcha/Captcha plugins, clear all caches and check again.
