@webtesher We understand it’s frustrating to install a plugin and not be able to see it working as expected.
However, we ask our users to remain polite and patient with us.
We are a small team working very hard to provide both a good product and service. We believe we strive to do both and when we don’t, we work hard to improve.
Please note that our plugin has no relation at all with the traffic coming from search engines to your website.
The newsletters are sent from your website either with your own host, with a 3rd-party host (in case you’re sending with a different sending service) or through our servers. It depends on which option you have selected in the MailPoet’s Settings > Send With… tab. The deliverability will depend on the records you have set according to the sending method you’re using.
For example, if you’re sending with your own host, you need to set up DKIM and SPF according to your host’s settings. If you’re sending with the MailPoet Sending Service, you don’t need to set up SPF, but may need to set up a DKIM record according to our settings. And if you have these set up for one sending method but you’re using a different one, they may affect how your emails are delivered.
If you’re using a subscription that includes the MailPoet Sending Service, please note that once the key is validated, the MailPoet Sending Service should be automatically activated as your sending method, that’s why you may have seen it active by default at some point.
I hope it’s clearer.
