Сannot save “Exclude categories from sync”

    Please, help me with settings:

    Try to save Exclude categories from sync: choose categories in drop down list and then push “save changes” but there is no reaction.

    If i turn off “Enable product sync” it correctly safe and reload page.
    If i turn on “Enable product sync” with choosing “Uncategorized” for example it will not save (no any reactions on pushing the button)
    If i turn on “Enable product sync” without any settings it will save and reload page.

  • I have exactly the same problem . The save changes button does not work once I edit the Exclude Category or Exclude Tags options

    I am also having a similar issue; I can make changes to the Tags but not to the Categories.

    WordPress Version 5.6
    WooCommerce Version 4.8.0
    Facebook for Woocommerce Version 2.2.0

    I am seeing the following error in the Developer Console when I click Save changes after making a category change:

    hello, i have the exact same problem, i want to sync specific categories only, and i cannot save the settings.

    I’ve the same problem.
    If I choose a category or a tags, I can’t save this settings. If I dont’t choose cat or tag, I can save the settings.
    So… impossible to exclude categories from sync.
    It’s important because FB rejects some product (like alcohol).

    I’m still having this problem with Facebook Exclude categories from sync.
    none of the links/ updates from this page works and it is causing me to have a lot of rejected product from Facebook.
    I have looked at the Github thread on this and there is still no update.
    one other issue is the speed at which this Plugin works – it is very slow
