Сonflict with W3 Total Cache?

Hello! We have some problems with the contact form which is set for pages with tours. Yesterday the visitor wrote that he could not send it, recieving an error “There was an error trying to send your message”
I checked this morning – really an error occurs in this tour. I checked on another tour. Everything OK, form sent. Which is strange, since for all tours one form is used. But after I decided to clear the cache just in case, the error disappeared in first tour, everything began to work normally. Can it be connected with cache plugin or it’s just coincidence and the problem should be seek in something else?
