I’m sorry that you didn’t have a good experience with the plugin, but it’s definitely a lie to say that all options are only available in the premium version. The free version is a full-featured order tracking plugin that lets you create orders and have your customers track them on the front end. It includes unlimited orders and unlimited statuses per order. You never need to pay to get or use any of that.

Of course, the premium version does bring in some extra options, but that’s a very normal model for any software.

How were you looking to set up your order tracking, and what restrictions do you feel you encountered, such that it made you falsely feel that there were no options available in this version of the plugin?

I apologize for the confusion in the first paragraph. I somehow thought this review was left for our order tracking plugin.

That being said, the free version of this plugin is indeed a full-featured reviewing system that lets you add a submit review form to your website and display all your reviews. You get unlimited submitted reviews and unlimited displayed reviews, all in the free version, with no catch. You never need to pay for that.

There are, of course, some extra options in the premium version, but, again, I think that’s a very normal model for any software.
