桁数の設定が更新されないように見える

[設定]-[Contact Form 7 Serial Numbers]にて、桁数を0→4に更新しても、0となる状態です。
(下記修正したところ、設定した桁数で表示されていたので、保存はできていたようです。)

includes/class-contact_list_table.php
column_setting()にての現在設定値取得の誤りのようです。
