記事以外の変更が初期設定から更新されない

  • お世話になります。
    Wordpress初心者で初めての投稿になります。
    似たような質問が検索できなかったので投稿させていただきました。

    「外観」を変更してもサイトを見てみると内容が初期から更新されません。
    いろいろとテーマを変更して試してみましたが、
    メインビジュアルはどのテーマも更新不可。
    メインタイトルはテーマによって更新できる。
    記事は問題なく投稿でき、変更もできる。
    ヘッダーメニューもテーマによって変更できる。
    プラグインはすべて無効化したが効果なし。
    キャッシュやCookieもクリアしたが効果なし。
    Wordpress導入から現象は解消されていません。

    初めの設定が間違っているのでしょうか？
    サーバーはロリポップ　
    SSL保護済み

    Forgive me if anything is lost in Google translation, but just want to confirm:

    You’re able to change text content (update main title, add articles, etc) but aren’t able to change your main images?
