追記です。

他の記事でも試してみましたが、やはり最初のショートコードと追加したショートコードの間が表示されなくなります。
ショートコードを使わないで広告を入れれば問題なく表示されました。

Thanks for using Shortcoder.

Sorry for the inconvienence. This is not an bug.

Starting shortcoder 5.5, shortcodes are inserted with closing tags.
So if you have a shortcode at top which is not closed and another at the bottom which is closed then the content inbetween is taken by the top shortcode.

The solution – Please edit existing shortcodes by closing them i.e adding [/sc] or leave it open i.e [sc name="hello"]
