?? LONG Notification Message to Vendors??

Hi I sent a long message about an update in policies to my vendors and it shows up as a very long message in the notification center which is not a good look. Can you make it so that it shows a small preview in the notification center and then the vendor has to open the message to read the full thing? (See the pic below)
