We came across an issue today where there seems to be some kind of rounding issue on multiple orders which means the order is partially captured by Klarna leaving a discrepancy of £0.01

    Here’s an example of one:

    Items in order:

    69.99
    42.99
    4.99 (postage)

    ORDER TOTAL
    £137.96
    Captured
    £137.95

Any idea why this is happening?

    Hi,

I’m not entirely sure what happens here. When I sum the order lines I get the order total to 117.97, not 137.96. Is there more items in the order?

Without having all the details, I think this is a WooCommerce rounding issue. That causes the communication issue between Woo and Klarna when capturing the order.

Apologies, I’d copied out the wrong lines.

Here’s a screenshot of the order in Woocommerce:

    And the order in Klarna:

    Does that help?

    Hi Brendan,

    Thanks for the updated images.

If you sum the order lines in WooCommerce it results in 154.97. However WooCommerce says that order total is 154.96. That is probably the cause of the problem.

My suggestion is to look into WooCommerce and see if it is possible to get past this miscalculation.

Marking as resolved per above comment, but let us know if there are further Woo Klarna Payments questions.
