0.12.9 critical error

    Hi There

    I got a critical error when upgrading from 0.12.7 to 0.12.9. Previously I got a critical error on 0.12.5 but that was resolved by 0.12.7 but now it occurs again at 0.12.9. Anyone with any clues how to resolve?
