0.6.1 broken for WordPress 4.7.1

    After upgrading from 0.6 to 0.6.1, this plugin’s shortcode is broken. It displays only a literal [dms] instead of a dropdown. I reverted to 0.6 and all is well again.

    This is on a single WordPress site under Ubuntu 16.04.1.
