0.9.5 break media upload

After upgrading to 0.9.5 media upload breaks. I am running WordPress in its own directory (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory). I have page, database and browser cache enabled.

I am running PHP version 5.6.23.
