"0 documents are currently in your index…"

Hello,

I came across another strange “error’.
Running plugin 3.1 I decided to reindex (I’m still trying to get the facets to work…). But when I clicked on “empty index” nothing happened, it still showed 80K posts in there.

Reboot, restarted services, etc…I couldn’t empty the index via the plugin. I went it to the Solr admin removed the index from there, ftp’d into the server and deleted the index folder, then back to Solr admin and created a new index with a new name.

Reboot, restarted….went into WPSolr, setup the hosting for the new index, no problems.

But when I get to the operations page it says “0 documents in the index and 0 documents remain to be indexed” – even though there’s still 80K documents to be indexed.

Deleted the plugin, deleted the index, created another new index, reboot everything, re-installed the plugin…..it’s still not seeing anything to be indexed but when I click on “posts’ they’re all there!

Is it me? Should I just move to ElasticSearch? lol
