0 error when restoring files and no database archive selectable

    Hi,

    i struggle with the transfer of my live site to a staging site.
    Then backup process runs through without error.

    But when it comes to the point “Restore Files Backup Available On Target Location” i get the message “0 error” instead of “done”. The option “restore all files” is selected.

    Further more, when i hit “skip next” to enter the “Restore Target Database – Search and Replace” process i can’t select a database – nothing their! Even if i copy the xcloner folder with the sql-file or only the sql-file in the root of my staging site, i can’t select a database in xcloner restore database process.

    What’s wrong here? Please help!

    Hello,

    Can you provide a prinscreen with the error? Also you checked your server error logs and checked if there are any errors recorded when that happens?

    It was a very strange problems. It disapeard without a cause.
