0 hits in WP statistics

Same problem here. I see 0 hits on my new post as well. However, if I click on Stats, I can see the number of Hits directly on https://wordpress.com/stats/post/postnumber/website.com

Please help.

I not seen any new hits on posts since the upgrade to WP Statistics V12.5.2
I know we have traffic because many comments show up on each post.
Hope problem can be solved very soon

Here′s the answer and the solution (you might not like it) switch off any cache plugins. This is what is causing the problems. So deactivate and also switch off the setting in WP Statistics saying that your are using a cache plugin.

Also, update the permalink settings, just save them again.

I have had a longer discussion with the developers and they are aware of the problem, there is a betaversion being tested but as things are right now WP Statistics will not work reliably with any cache plugin.

Wouldn’t it be o our advantage to deactivate the WP stats instead of Cache clearing Plugins?
We clear a couple times a day since heavy traffic and heavy commenting to keep site fresh.

Very glad to see Moustafa Soufi’s assurance that a “fixed” version will be released soon. I’ve had 0 stats of ANY sort showing, presumably since updating (anyway, since around 11/15/2018). But my site has so much traffic and so many high-density pages that shutting off cache plugins is NOT an option. I can survive (unhappily) without stats but not without the cache functions.

So again, yay in advance for the forthcoming repairs.

Please update to the latest version and have a look from Visitor IP in setting page.

@norhwiz – I don’t think the plugin is the reason, I have this with different plugin, and only since I have moved to https. After that, no google analytics, no stats count (via plugin in wordpress). I have only my ip and google bot

@aclys My reply above is more than 8 months old and I have switched statistics plugin since then. I am not using WP Statistics any longer,
