0 star plugin

  • Shit plugin, don’t purchase the PRO version.
    I pay a plugin subscription however the software doesn’t work on my website page. On the company page, they say that I can ask a refund up to 14 after pay (14 days Money Back Guarantee). However, when I enter contact they told me that their terms and condition had changed. After waiting for any support from your team, I decided to pay for a competitor plugin to fix the problem, then, just after the 14 days trial, I received an email questioning what the problem was. To tell the truth I really don’t care about the money I only don’t think it’s fair our team ignoring me for days and then at the end of the 14 pretend that any customer service was provided.
